Tangy Caesar Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup Santa Cruz Organic® 100% Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 cup virgin olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves crushed
  • 1 can anchovies (reserve 6 for garnish)
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 large head romaine lettuce cut into small pieces
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • Croutons

Directions:

  • Blend first 5 ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  • Divide the lettuce among 6 plates.
  • Top with dressing, parmesan cheese, reserved anchovies and croutons.
